Louis is a self-starter, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. At 14 years old, while his friends were playing video games, he was already programming them! Since then, his passion over technology, combined to his natural drive to learn, have contributed to the acquisition of an impressive skillset that he has put to work as a successful IT consultant.

While working on different mandates in large corporations, Louis has developed a strong expertise in the field of data modeling and related data management technologies, as a certified SAP HANA associate, a Zend certified engineer (PHP) and as a certified Oracle database developer (MySQL). Fluent in both English and French languages, he also has hands-on experience in many programming languages, infrastructures, and frameworks.

His experience working with clients in various fields of expertise, combined with his application development expertise has resulted in a unique combination of creative strength and business acumen that allows him to quickly grasp the big picture to deliver solutions that meet your specific needs and objectives.

Manon is a result-driven manager offering more than 25 years’ experience and successes in driving opportunities leading to business processes improvement and productivity.

Manon has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (B.A.A) and holds certifications in the fields of accounting, as a certified public accountant (CPA, CGA), and project management as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and also as an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). She also has specific expertise with industry regulations, such as health (Health Canada and US Food & Drug Administration (FDA)), public trading (Sarbanes-Oxley), and Information Technology (IT standards in planning, development, operation, governance, and auditing).

Strong of a broad consulting experience in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, food, aerospace, manufacturing, research & development, and public services, she has held leadership roles in large-scale projects with national and international scopes (Canadian, North American, and European).

Throughout her career, Manon had the opportunity to work on large corporate strategic initiatives, relying heavily on the latest information technologies offerings to improve effectiveness, strengthen strategic advantage, and increase profitability of the organizations.

Mickael is an enthusiastic research scientist with a particular interest for artificial intelligence. As a child, he was a bookworm, especially drawn to math and problem-solving. Mickael started C programming when he was 11 after discovering the parallels between math and computer science. Since then, he has continued to deepen his knowledge of the two subjects, throughout his academic career and still today, to satisfy his craving for mental challenges.

After completing his math-physics Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Écoles (CPGE), Mickael earned his master’s degree specializing in algorithms at Telecom Nancy, an engineering school in France. He then moved to Canada, where he earned a second master’s degree from UQAC, specializing in metaheuristics for optimization. Mickael went on to earn two PhDs, one in computer science from UQAM and the second in automation and signal procession from the Université de Lorraine in France. While his interest in artificial intelligence extends to all sub- and related fields, his thesis focused on data mining for knowledge extraction.

Throughout his academic and professional career, he has fine-tuned his programming skills and ability to create state-of-the-art solutions to high complexity problems. He also developed a keen awareness of the ethical issues of his field, specializing in interpretable and explainable methods. Mickael approaches each challenge that is presented to him with a systematic approach, understanding the importance of paying attention to detail and providing clean structure and clear documentation.

Mickael is a passionate and committed collaborator eager to share his extensive knowledge and experience teaching classes at the University or helping organizations extracting the most useful knowledge out of their data.

A.I. Advisor

Petko Valtchev is Associate Professor with the Computer Science department of University of Quebec at Montreal(UQAM). His Ph.D. was awarded in 1999 by J. Fourier University, Grenoble. He is member of the Editorial Board of the International conference on Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) and has served as a member of the program committees of top-tier conferences (AAAI, IJCAI, ISWC). He has been researching on knowledge discovery and data mining with/from ontologies and knowledge bases. In this context, he designed a number of methods and practical tools exploiting concept analysis.
